WHAT IS THE PLOT OF SQUID GAME?-(NO SPOILERS)
This world is full of poverty and a lot of people are in debt. So is kind of the main character "Gi-hun". Once after getting bashed up by Gi-hun's money lender(because he didn't pay his debt) Gi-hun comes across a man who challenges him in a korean game that children usually play, for exciting cash prize. Gi-hun loses at first but then he wins and gets the exciting cash prize. The person who challenged Gi-hun gives him a card with contact info. This is to join a secretive game where people can play childish games and can win around 40 million dollars and that's all I can say as I don't want to spoil anything. But. Why is it popular?
1)beautiful and intriguing sets.
what you see is a 100% real and that's not it there is more sets that just creates this weird feeling that we are there participating.

This is something that viewers love to see and this is one of the reasons why this show is taking over.
2)A Lot of characters with different emotions and behavior.
This show comes with a lot of characters that potray different emotions that you might not see in other show. Also the mix of emotions like happiness, sadness, guilt, betrayal and much more truly gives a vivid perspective of how people are. I am not going to include that much information in this portion as it may contain major spoilers!
3)Story telling
As this show offers a ton of easter eggs and crazy plot twists, I started wondering how did the man behind this show even think of a story like this. As we know the script for this show was wandering for almost 10 years and finally it got its chance. The story telling in this show is way beyond others. It also teaches us a life lesson which I will show at the end.

I can't really show you any easter eggs but once you watch the show you will come across a lot of easter eggs that foreshadow what's intended to foreshadow. It's so well hidden that you might have to watch it 2 to 3 times.
5)A life lesson!
This show tells us the harsh reality of life and that you can't really trust anyone. But, not everyone is selfish and bad, there's always someone who will look after you even during hardships. This video by "Agon" show the meaning behind this brutal Netflix series "SQUID GAME".
